When you fill out our contact form or call us, we collect:

Details about your project (kitchen remodel, bathroom update, etc.)
Your address (so we can schedule a consultation)

When You Visit Our Website

Which pages you visit (helps us know what products interest you)

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and ask to be contacted by text, we'll use it to send you the things you've requested — quotes, appointment reminders, and updates about your project. We only text customers who have asked us to, and we never send marketing texts without your consent.

Message frequency varies depending on your project. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help, or STOP at any time to opt out. After you text STOP, we'll send one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text message services whose sole purpose is delivering the messages you requested.

How Long We Keep Your Information

Active customers: We keep project details for 7 years (for warranty and tax purposes)
Quote requests: We keep contact info for 2 years in case you decide to move forward later
Website analytics: Automatically deleted after 26 months

Our website uses minimal cookies. When you first visit, we ask whether you are happy for us to use Google Analytics:

If you choose Accept: Google Analytics tells us which pages people find useful, so we know what to improve. Your IP address is anonymised.
